Area description

You find yourself situated in SoHo and close to Little Italy, a neighborhood located in the southern part of Manhattan. Formally home to Italian American immigrants, the area has gradually changed into a multicultural place that has lost none of its Italian charm and flavor. Within the area you will find many fantastic restaurants, cool bars and trendy fashion stores. SoHo was a popular area during the 60’s and 70´s, as many artists flocked to the area which was full of abandoned factories.

Moving about the city is easy, thanks to the subway stations that are located near to the apartment: Prince Street and Spring Street.
