How much do I have to pay to book an apartment in NYC?
To book your holiday apartment in New York a booking payment must be paid between 10% to 17% depending on the apartment. The cost per night is clearly indicated in each apartment's page. We accept Credit Card (VISA MASTER CARD), Bank Transfer and PayPal, depending on the total amount.

Prices include VAT?
VAT is not included, but not applicable in the US. The US has different taxes and charges depending on your length of stay so all our prices per night exclude cleaning, taxes and charges.

Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?
Bed linens and towels are provided by the owner in all of our furnished apartments in New York and is included in the price. If requested, additional bed linens and towels can be provided, but can incur extra costs, depending on each owner. All of our apartments have a base price according to occupancy, but generally when the sofa-bed is being used there is an extra person charge per night.

What is your cancellation policy?
We refund you the booking payment less $175 or 25% of the booking payment, which ever is the greater amount as an administrative charge, for a cancellation more than 60 days prior to the day of your arrival. We keep 100% of the booking payment if you cancel less than 60 days prior to the day of your arrival. Depending on the owner, the security deposit (for the owner against your non-arrival) cancellation policy may vary. Please contact our customer service for further information.

What is the breakages deposit (refundable) I have to pay on arrival?
You will be asked for a security/breakages deposit against possible damages made during your stay or for your non-arrival. The owner will ask for the security/breakages deposit to be paid before your arrival. If there is no damage at check-out, you will be refunded the breakages deposit. The delay to be refunded depends on the owner's conditions.

How do we get the keys? How do we check-in?
Generally the keys will be given to you directly in the apartment. The detail of check-in process will be given to you in the Final Confirmation Notice that you will receive by email after the booking payment.

At what time can we arrive?
Official check-in time is from Monday to Saturday, between 3pm and 7pm depending on the owner specific conditions. A check-in after 7pm can be subject to an extra fee of $40 to $75 depending on the apartment. Please enquire with our customer service about the check-in/out conditions for the apartment you have selected.

At what time do we have to leave the apartment?
Normal check-out time: between 10am and 11am at the latest (depending on the apartment). For a late check-out, please contact the owner.

What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is different depending on the apartment you choose. Please check the minimum booking indicated in each New York rental apartment description.

If we check-in/out a Sunday or bank holiday? Is it possible? Is there an extra cost?
Check-in and check-out on Sunday or/and American bank holiday could be subject to an extra charge of $40 to $75 depending on the apartment.
